Grandma Sigrún

On October 11th my late grandmother turned 100 years old.

The family had dinner together and celebrated the best grandmother ever! :)

Last night I invited few of my friends over for Tupperware presentation.

Chocolate cake with Mars frosting

I really like Betty Crocker cakes. They are easy to make and take about 20 minutes. When I make B.C. I try to put more effort into the frosting because in the end that is what really matters. ;)   

Yesterday I made Mars frosting (I made the recipe myself).
I used:

450-500 gr Butter

500 gr powdered sugar

Mix together

4 mars bars

40-50 ml cream

The mars bars and the cream are melted together and putted into the butter cream when cooled.
I also chopped 2 mars bars in a blender and added it to the frosting.
